Little Frozen Meals
This service is provided for the elderly and all other vulnerable individuals for their daily requirements.
These dinners are prepared each week by a dynamic team of volunteers, supervised by a qualified cook. Individuals are trained according to the culinary rules and regulations of healthy and hygienic food preparation as directed by MAPAC.
The work of the volunteers allows the people receiving this service to access a varied menu, including more than a dozen healthy, practical and affordable dinners (5$ each) & a few choice of soups (2$ each).
A person can choose to pick up themselves or have the home delivery service provided by our volunteers every two weeks.

This project is partly founded by gouvernment of Canada Age Well At Home Initiative.
