Important elements of our management:

- Weekly and monthly monitoring of finances by the secretary and treasurer;
- Adoption of monthly income statements;
- Updating and adoption of the various Center policies;

The working committees
Working committees are formed to work on policies, activities, or other as needed by the Centre d’action bénévole.
These committees are made up of members delegated by the board of directors and the team, depending on the interest and subject of the committee in place.
The vision of the board of directors and that of the workers in the field offer moments of exchange and discussion, with generally good results.
