2020 is of course a year of pandemic but it also represents the 35th anniversary of the Centre d’action bénévole Saint-Siméon / Port-Daniel. For these reasons, we decided to make a little special this year by organizing a surprise tour of the volunteers. These are 225 visits to our current members, to a few volunteers from yesterday as well as to those who came to support us in these pandemic times.

Members of the work team and members of the board of directors therefore distributed 225 gift bags. These bags included a Christmas ball with the Center’s brand new logo, a "Thank You" candy and a message of appreciation.
To see the reactions, this small gesture was greatly appreciated by our volunteers… But this is nothing compared to the appreciation that the team of the Centre d’Action Bénévole Saint-Siméon / Port-Daniel has towards those who are the heart of our organization: the volunteers themselves.
